Across a full year of supported work, you'll learn to listen to your inner system with clarity and compassion.
IFS is a trauma-informed, evidence-based model that helps you access your core Self and build trust with the parts of you that hold past pain. Over time, you'll begin to recognize your internal patterns and shift your relationship to them.
Your plan includes 26 hours of sessions to use throughout the year, booked whenever you need them. Many clients begin with longer weekly sessions to establish safety and connection, then move to shorter check-ins every few weeks as the work settles and integrates.

When the same conflicts keep circling back, it's often because parts of each partner are reacting to one another beneath the surface.
Using Internal Family Systems (IFS) and Intimacy From the Inside Out (IFIO), Celeste helps each of you understand how your inner world shapes your partner's experience. The work asks both of you to take responsibility for your own parts, which opens room for more honest connection.
Your plan includes four 90-minute sessions, or you can book 180-minute sessions when you want more time to go deep. The space between sessions gives you time to integrate what surfaced before the next step.
