Most accomplished women know how to lead organizations, teams, projects, and families. Few have ever been taught how to lead themselves.

Every day, different voices compete for your attention. One pushes harder. Another questions your decisions. One avoids conflict while another longs to speak the truth. Some are driven by responsibility, others by fear, perfectionism, or the desire to keep everyone else happy.

These competing inner dynamics shape every conversation, every decision, and every relationship long before they become visible to anyone else.

The Inner Executive™ is the leader within who helps every part of you work together. Like an exceptional executive leading a thriving organization, your Inner Executive learns to recognize competing priorities, listen without becoming overwhelmed, make thoughtful decisions, and guide the whole system with clarity, steadiness, and purpose.

When your inner leadership becomes stronger, your outer leadership naturally follows.

The cohort

Inner Executive™ is a cohort of twelve women leaders who gather to strengthen the most important executive they will ever lead: the one within. Through guided reflection, experiential learning, real-world application, and a trusted community of peers, participants develop the inner capacity to navigate complexity without losing themselves.

This is not another leadership seminar built around productivity or performance. It is an opportunity to cultivate the inner qualities from which wise leadership emerges, and to integrate the learning in your current context.

Your Executive Sessions

Alongside the group gatherings, you will receive six Individual Leadership Integration Sessions. These one-on-one conversations help you apply the work to real leadership challenges, navigate difficult conversations and transitions, clarify your next decisions, integrate new patterns into everyday leadership, and sustain your growth beyond the program.

Six Individual Leadership Integration Sessions, scheduled between gatherings.

Format

Online live participation.

Tuition

$3,600. A $300 non-refundable deposit reserves your place, with the balance available in six monthly payments of $550. Enrollment is limited to twelve participants.
